Usage and dosage
Dissolve each vial in 1ml of water for injection or normal saline for injection. In the first two days, the dosage is 800,000 IU/kg body weight for subcutaneous injection, once a day. After the third day, the dosage is 400,000 IU/kg body weight for subcutaneous injection, or as directed by your doctor.
