Pharmacological FunctionsCanine & feline compound T-cell interferon, anatural glycoprotein secreted by normal caninand feline cells with proper revulsants, hasbroad-spectrum antiviral and anti-tumorfunctions, and optimizes immune functions. Theproduct is canine & feline compound T-celinterferon produced based on geneticengineering.Recombinant super-compouncinterferon(rSlFN-co) is a class of chimericinterferon optimized and modified usingbioinformatics technology. The sequence of 166amino acids of rSlFN-co has been obtained bysequencing native canine & feline lFN-a, IFN-Y,lFN-w, and rearranging the amino acid sequenceof interferon receptor binding sites. To facilitatethe molecular modification, 4 additional aminoacids are also changed. The corresponding DNAis chemically synthesized. rSlFN-co shares 88%homology with lFN-a, 90% with lFN-w, and 67%with lFN-y. it can bind to both type l and type llinterferon receptors in dogs and cats with variousbiological functions, rSlFN-co is obtained fromyeast cells, The DNA sequence of rSlFN-co isinserted into yeast genome, and rSlFN-co isobtained from the expression of yeast cells.rSlFN-co of high purity is obtained after a seriesof chromatography purification, with the nativeconformation unchanged, rSlFN-co has amolecular weight of 19.434 Da, with purity greatethan 98%.

The product can also beadministered by aerosol.
mSide EffectsIn rare cases, allergic responses may appear aftethe use of the product. Dexamethasone isindicated for the treatment of such allergicreactions.
